As a Property Maintenance Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling contractors to carry out necessary maintenance and repair work on the properties.
- Assisting with the tenancy process.
- Providing excellent service to the clients.
- Dealing with administrative duties in and out of the office.
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of the maintenance of all properties.
- Keeping customers updated throughout the property management, maintenance, and professional cleaning process.
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including responding to emails and phone calls, maintaining records, and organising documents related to property maintenance.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 1 year of experience in a property administrative position.
- Organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A good level of IT skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Hold a full UK driving license and full-time access to a car.
